Eugene S. Liker is a board certified acupuncturist and
herbalist with a background in Eastern and Western
medicine. He holds a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine
and a PhD in Medical Technology. Dr. Liker is a respected
member of the American Acupuncture Council as well as
the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonorgaphers. Dr. Liker
attended medical school overseas. To diversify his
knowledge, he went to Nova Institute of Health Technology
in Los Angeles and graduated with a diploma in Diagnostic
Medical Sonography. He received clinical training in
the department of Radiology at Cedars Sinai Medical
Center. Subsequently, he accepted a position as a staff
sonographer and later as senior sonographer at Santa
Monica - UCLA Medical Center. To further his education,
Dr. Liker received a PhD in Medical Technology from
Cambridge International University. Later, his interest in
holistic integrated health care led him to study oriental
medicine. He graduated cum laude from Emperor’s College
of Traditional Oriental Medicine. Currently, Dr. Liker is a
clinical professor there, as well as an advisory board
member at Bryman College for diagnostic medical
sonography.
